These Regulations were impliedly revoked on 30 June 2023 because the authorising provisions in the Environment Protection Act 1970, No. 8056/1970 were repealed on 1 July 2021 by section 63 of the Environment Protection Amendment Act 2018, No. 39/2018 (as amended by No. 11/2020), and these Regulations were continued in force by regulation 9A of the Environment Protection Transitional Regulations 2021, S.R. No. 48/2021 until 30 June 2023.
