That it be an instruction to the Committee that they have power to consider amendments and New Clauses to amend the Parliamentary Committees Act 2003 to require that all Joint Investigatory Committees and Privileges Committees must have not more than half their members from a political party forming the Government and a chairperson who is not from such a party.
